A: Australia-wide for now. World, you’re next.

Q: How long does my order take to be processed?

A: We blend fresh every Friday. Once the fragrance has had time to mature over the weekend, your order ships out on Monday. This small-batch ritual keeps things personal — and potent.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: 2–5 business days, depending on where you live. Express available if you’re impatient.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Always. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as we send it.

Q: Can I return a fragrance?

A: If it's unopened, yes. If you’ve sprayed it, we can’t take it back (skin chemistry and all that). Clothes? No stress — we offer easy exchanges.

Q: My tee doesn’t fit. Can I swap it?

A: 100%. As long as it’s unworn and within 14 days, you’re good.
